Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Your order will be freshly roasted and bagged upon purchase. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Cold Blooded Coffee & Roastery, Murphysboro, IL. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Exchange / Refund Request

Our refund and returns policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please send an email to customerservice@coldbloodedbrew.com with the following:

  1. Order confirmation Number  
    1. Order must be within 45 days of purchase
  2. Photo of damage, defect, or wrong item
  3. Customer must specify either “Exchange” or Refund”
    1. Once request is approved, damaged, defective, or wrong item can be discarded.

Once request is approved for exchange, new order will be processed and shipped.

Once request is approved for refund, credit card on file (Stripe) will be refunded.
