We build barrels specifically for our aging process. Once the conditions are optimal, the highest scored coffee beans are added to the barrel and aged to perfection in our proprietary process. When finished, these barrel aged, full-bodied coffee beans have mild whiskey notes with a sweet honey finish. A truly rich coffee that ONLY Cold Blooded Coffee can produce.

This is hands down my favorite coffee! As an espresso drinker, Honey Whiskey is far superior for sooo many reasons! The creaminess and body are absolutely mind blowing.
